I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. (Revelation 1:8)
Before all things were created I thought of you. Before anything was done, things were planned for you. Throughout the halls of glory everyone in my kingdom knew something was going on. Behind closed doors in the throne room we had that great meeting and everything was discussed and planned. During that meeting I thought of you. The Angels were excited because they knew that something wonderful was about to happen. The Father was getting ready to show His wisdom to everyone in the heavenlies. Nothing like this had ever happened before. I was there, but in the Heavenly Father’s mind, you were there.
For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him: (Colossians 1:16)
And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: (Ephesians 3:9)
If you are a parent yourself, I’m sure you know what I mean. As husband and wife, you met and loved and planned to have a family and you thought about what the names of your children would be. You thought of how your children would grow up into presidents or athletes or fine people and you planned. Then the baby came and the family was increased and everything changed. Even so the Heavenly Father planned for all creation and it was a glorious meeting. All around the throne room the Heavenly Father shared his plans with those who would be involved and He laid out the blueprint for the universe, the planets, the earth, the family of man, the family of God and how God would bring it to pass. Everyone knew “God was going to have a family.” He had one Son and He wanted more. So, before the first moment of creation, you were on God’s mind. His desire was to bring many sons unto glory.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)
For it became Him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. (Hebrews 2:10)
Everything about you was planned from the beginning. God knew how and when you would be born. God made you with gifts galore. On the inside of you God put treasures beyond your imagination. You were designed with the utmost care and intensity. You were given exceeding great and precious gems of heavenly traits that would make you unique forever. On the inside of you there are hidden treasures. God will show you those treasures within you and the code that will unlock them if you will but ask. God was so excited when He thought of you that He loved you with an everlasting love before you were even born. God planned for your success and your attainment and then designed the program that would put the power in you to attain. Never before had God ever had such a meeting. God was going to be a Father again. God was going to enlarge His heavenly family. God was going to work and all of Heaven would see what kind of worker God is and God’s eternal wisdom would be on display for eternity. Then the announcement was made. “Let us make man in our image.” From that day on creation was on His mind.
“The LORD possessed me at the beginning of His way, Before His works of old. I have been established from everlasting, From the beginning, before there was ever an earth. When there were no depths I was brought forth, When there were no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, Before the hills, I was brought forth; While as yet He had not made the earth or the fields, Or the primeval dust of the world. When He prepared the heavens, I was there, When He drew a circle on the face of the deep, When He established the clouds above, When He strengthened the fountains of the deep, When He assigned to the sea its limit, So that the waters would not transgress His command, When He marked out the foundations of the earth, Then I was beside Him as a master craftsman; And I was daily His delight, Rejoicing always before Him, Rejoicing in His inhabited world, And my delight was with the sons of men. (Proverbs 8:22-31)
Then the time came when everyone saw me, Jesus, coming through the halls of glory to make the announcement to everyone in Heaven. The media room of Heaven lit up with glory and the presentation was made on the big picture screen. The title was “God is going to have a family.” Everyone began to talk and proclaim “holy, holy, holy, God is having a family. There was great joy in the city. They do that in Heaven you know. Then the time for creation finally came. The angels watched and all of Heaven heard God make His pronouncements as He separated time into days and nights. It was awesome. I Jesus was right there with the Heavenly Father helping to make it all happen. The Holy Spirit was moving in power and the worlds were made and it was glorious. The crystal river was flowing like a mighty rushing rapid and the worlds were established. All the angels sung in celebration. The time for the first phase of God’s development called “creation” had arrived. The event of creation was on and the angels watched God work and bring forth the universe and it was unlike anything they had ever seen. God was magnificent. Every star had a name and a purpose. Everything was just as God wanted. After each phase of his development, God stood back and took a look at his work and was pleased saying “that was good.” God was telling the angels, “I did this for that reason and I did that for this reason.” It was marvelous. God put on a great show and it was a thing of splendor.
For God so loved the world, that he gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
Then time began and man fell away from God and death began it’s dominion, separating the family from God, but my Father knew these things would happen. Then the plan of redemption began as my Father sent me forth into planet earth to redeem and save man from the powers of death. Through my resurrection all things shall be restored and the heavenly family will be enlarged just as my Father originally purposed. God’s plan of redemption has been accomplished. It is finished! Now the final phase of the eternal plan is about to unfold. The final thrust of the power of God is about to be seen. God is preparing his eternal home for all His children so they can walk with Him and fellowship with Him forever. God is going to dwell with man forever. God is going to have His family. There shall be no more pain and no more death. God is bringing many sons unto glory. What God has done cannot be undone. What a great celebration it will be. I will see you there.
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, write: for these words are true and faithful. And He said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto Him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. (Revelation 21:1-8)
Be Ready because it will happen fast. It will come at a time when you think not. Just like it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be when that time comes. Many will think in their hearts, eat drink and be merry so my life can be full. Then the end shall come. If you are left behind, your first thoughts will probably be, “I’m out of time.” For many it will be too late. The new world will come like a new birth. When it is time, it is time.
Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near: So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
I was there when everything began and I will be there at the end. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end and everything in between. I am coming again and when I come, all things will be restored and brought back into fellowship with God. Be Ready. Be Ready. Be Ready. The time is at hand.
To them that look for Him shall He appear again a second time unto salvation. (Hebrews 9:28)
